Checklist to open an account:
1.Hong Kong Company registration certificate and change the name certificate (if any);
2. Valid business registration certificate;
3. Articles of association;
4. Notification of change of secretary and director's particulars (if necessary) (CERTIFIED FORM D2B), Consent to serve as a director or alternate director (if necessary) (CERTIFIED FORM D2A), Notice of resignation of secretary and director (if necessary) (CERTIFIED FORM D4), Annual returns (if necessary) (CERTIFIED FORMAR1);
5. Personal file: shareholders and all directors and authorized signatories of 10% or above provide the following personal information:
-Identification document (ID card/passport/HK passport/White enter-strips for entering HK);
-The alias prove;
-Proof of address (e.g.: water bill, electricity bill, gas bill, telephone bill with customer's name and address issued within 3 months; the statement of account issued by the financial regulatory agency, etc.);
-If any director is a company, the company shall submit the directors' resolution and the authorized representative should be present for bank account opening;
-If any major shareholder is a company, the main shareholder/ultimate beneficial owner (individual) must attend the opening interview;
-Note: at least two directors (one company is the sole director of the division), the shareholder and the authorized signatory of 10% or more of the equity and voting rights must be present at the opening of the account.
6. Business Proof
-Waybill/air waybill/customs declaration;
-Invoices/contracts or mainland companies’ business license, invoice/contract.

Bank Account Opening Procedures:
1. Give guidance and a comprehensive evaluation based over each customer’s situation;
2. Assist client to review and prepare file to meet the requirement of bank;
3. After confirming the required file, make an appointment with the bank manager; 
4. We will follow up all details, while customers only need to receive text message and bank token from the bank; 
5. After opening the bank account, we will keep customers informed of bank notices effectively and provide one-stop post-incorporation services.
